The crown jewel of Pennsylvania, the majestic Allegheny National Forest sprawls over the four wild and beautiful counties of McKean,
Warren, Elk and Forest.
The Allegheny Reservoir located in the northern portion of the forest provides unlimited opportunities to
boat, fish, and canoe. Kiasutha and Kinzua Beach provide reservoir access for swimming.
Hiking and biking trails are plentiful, with over 600 miles of trails.
The Kinzua Bridge State Park is 316 acres with hiking trails, organized group camping, and features the Kinzua Viaduct, a
National Civil Engineering Landmark-a must see!

State Game Lands offer an opportunity to view wildlife including elk, whitetail deer, and bald eagles.
Camping and cabin selections range from the primitive to the plush, with a wide choice of features
available. Camping/Cabin options include: Bettum's Idlewood Family Campground, Foote Rest Campground/Cabins , Forest Lodge and Campground, Kinzua East KOA
Kampground, and Willow Bay Cabins and Campsites. For plush, Glendorn, A Lodge in the Country, an Orvis Lodge,
provides deluxe cabin accommodations, organized outdoor activities and gourmet meals.

The Allegheny National Forest (ANF) offers 715 campsites with amenities ranging from full service with electricity and showers to
primitive. Willow Bay located at the northern edge of the Allegheny Reservoir offers scenic water vistas, rustic cabins, and boat rentals. Five campgrounds on the Allegheny
National Forest are accessible only by boat or hiking trail, services are primitive and no reservations are needed. They include: Handsome Lake, Hooks Brook, Hopewell,
