The North Country Trail is the longest trail in the National Forest, 87 miles, and will be the longest continuous foot path in the
U.S. when completed. Travel among rock and waterfalls, abundant wildlife, mature forest, and dense strands of Mountain Laurel. Access routes to the trail include Rt. 346 near Willow Bay
Campground, Rt. 59, or the Longhouse Trailhead along Rt. 321 South.
Hiking or biking the Johnny Cake or Tracy Ridge Trail will lead you to the Allegheny Reservoir. Forest paths and spectacular

Reservoir await you. Enjoy an Energizing 8.7 mile loop starting and ending at the Tracy Ridge Campground.
Indian Pipe Trail is a 7.4 mile multi-use trail that crosses a 4,000 acre tract of Allegheny Forest. Linking Marilla
Reservoir, along Rt. 346 west of Bradford to the Allegany State Park, this trail provides glimpses of a multitude of flora and fauna.
Longhouse National Scenic Byway offers 29 miles of scenic beauty as it loops around the Kinzua Arm of the Allegheny

The American Volksport Association Trail in Bradford is a 6.3 mile loop starting at the Zippo/Case Visitors
Center. Your hike will take you past a famous oil well on Main Street, through the National Historic District and around the park-like campus of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Crook Farm Trail, starting at the heritage site of Historic Crook Farm, provides a level non-motorized trail along the banks of the
Tungawant Creek. A scenic easy trail for beginners, great for a short hike, or snowshoeing!
A few favorite backpacking trails on the Allegheny National Forest include: Morrison-10 miles, Tracy Ridge-33.9 miles of
connecting loops, and Minister Creek-7 miles.
